DAMA aims to help the participating galleries with an extra support coming from public and private institutions.

During the 2017 and 2018's editions MEF - Museo Ettore Fico supported one of the galleries covering the entire DAMAparticipation fee. The winning gallery was chosen for its innovative programme, curatorship and support to young artists.

 

From 2019 the private foundation Rivoli 2 introduced EYAR2 award, aiming to reward the most representative work based on referential criteria, concept and mission of the project, by allocating a sum to acquire one of the works submitted by the participating galleries. The winning artwork is selected by a committee composed by curators, critics and stakeholders operating in the culture.
